Job description : Appraiser

• Welcomes clients (Client Services)
• Works according to insurance and Fix Auto norms
• Respects [Fix Auto’s?] Code of Ethics
• Prepares job estimates
• Explains to clients repairs to be undertaken, as well as all information pertaining to the repair process
• Posts estimates in ADP or Mitchell
• Orders parts
• Manages supplementary work ordered by client
• Ensures excellent communication with insurer and client
• Responsible for all other related tasks
