Job description : Customer Service representative

• Greet customers in a sincere and professional manner
• Arrange rental vehicle if necessary
• Deliver vehicle and collect payment
• Telephone answering
• Prepare work orders
• Prepare paperwork necessary for the vehicle delivery
• Communicate with customers and book appointments
• Communicate with insurance adjusters.
• Other duties as required
